For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Responsibilities** The Systems Administrator designs and administers systems used for data processing and recommends improvements necessary to ensure operation of the company's high traffic, business critical production environments. + Responsible for making sure the datacenter infrastructure is operational, optimized, and available. + Proposes and implements system enhancements (software, firmware, and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the given system. + Capacity planning to business recommendations. + First point of contact for performance analysis, system troubleshooting, and logical access issues. + May be asked to coordinate equipment orders/installations including servers and storage system installation. + Manage tape library system to include coordinating offsite storage and auditing. + Provide on-site support for critical business situations. + Responds to real-time issues utilizing system monitoring tools and system alerts. + Configures logical access as required across various environments and applications. + Supports internal and external audits as needed. + Configuration management to ensure all on-site equipment is tracked, service contracted and documented properly. **Qualifications** Education: + Associates degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,500 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
