Summary

Celestica is looking for experienced system Verification SME (Subject Matter Expert) to help define and guide Celestica next generation rack level platforms qualification which integrates like switch, Server, GPU, Cable backplane and power distributions, etc. The right candidate will play a key role to make sure our product has high quality to meet our key customers in the carrier and hyper scale area. 

The ideal candidate is a system design background with rack level products experience in the areas of terabit switch, high performance computing, and AI/ML area. Guide and provide guideline on Celestica system verification test case and test coverage:includes element function test, hardware integration test, system integration verification and system validation. The major response is to make sure system coverage is good enough to meet product verification and market requirement.

Detailed Description Lead rack level products' test architecture, and make test strategy solution for customers. Play as contract windows of customer validation team. Bridge customers, design team and rack integration vendor as well. Streamline test procedures from project planning phase, to development to final releases. Improve test efficiency through deploying modern test tools and test automations Keep improving test coverage by guiding the team to design/develop new cases Optimized Test Process balancing cost, coverage and test time with the design team. Quantitative management to lead the team continuous improvement. Drive the cross verification and automation teams with Test Lead/Test Architecture/Automation/Test Execution. Candidates should be able to accommodate up to 10% travel to US and Asia. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies BS degree or higher in CS/CE/EE 10+ years system/software/firmware verification experience, and 3+ years as verification leader Strong hardware knowledge. Rich experience in enterprise or datacenter switch/server/GPU hardware design. Design/test/debug experiment of complicated HW system. Familiar with data center hardware (Server, Switch, router, power distribution, etc) deployment, provisioning, maintenance. Experience with diagnostic tools, including but not limited to oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, Logic Analyzer, traffic generator, VNA, etc. Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS, and basic scripting (Python/Bash/Shell, etc).   Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) or server/storage mainstream technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.   Provide on-site support for critical. Cooperate with SW team and 3rd part companies. Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting.   Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Fluently speak in both Mandarin and English Experience with project management is a Plus Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.  Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Occasional travel may be required. Typical Experience 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry. Typical Education
