As a System Verification Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product performance and reliability through comprehensive testing in our tailored labs with purposely build test setup. You’ll collaborate with design engineers to align verification plans with system requirements and lead the test efforts in New Product Development projects. The role includes responsibility for defining equipment needs, improving test methodologies, and maintaining lab capability. You'll take the lead in developing test setup, driving automation efforts, and continuously improving test quality and consistency across the organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead verification and testing activities in New Product Development and Product Maintenance projects. Define system test strategies and develop verification plans based on system requirements. Analyze test data, report results, and contribute to quality investigations. Drive test method improvements, automation, and infrastructure development in our tailored labs. Support the project team and other engineers with technical expertise in system testing. Lab equipment responsibility to maintain encouraged test capability, calibration fulfillment, proposing and implementing changes to meet new needs, and taking responsibility to follow 5S and safety procedures. Lead and participate in quality investigations throughout the projectsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Good understanding of test methodology in hardware. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel Proficient in English and Swedish, both oral and written Good knowledge and experience of scripting and test automation, preferably in Python. A strong sense of accountability and responsibility, paired with a proactive approach and a problem-solving attitude.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
