Micron Technology’s DRAM Engineering Group is a distributed team of visionaries and scientists redefining innovation in memory and semiconductor technologies. The Systems Compatibility team ensures early validation of DRAM products with customer systems, enabling seamless integration and performance optimization.

Position Overview

As a System Compatibility Engineer, you will be responsible for validating Micron’s DRAM products in customer systems. This includes system-level failure analysis, characterization, and qualification. You will design experiments, run diagnostic software, analyze data, debug issues, and develop custom tools. Collaboration with internal and external teams is key, and occasional travel may be required to support customer engagements or partner development.
