Your role as System Support Specialist:

Provide day-to-day operations support and help investigate and resolve incidents related to the system monitoring tool. Configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of system monitoring policies. Perform maintenance, upgrades, and patching of supported monitoring tool. Work closely with various internal IT teams, not limited to Infrastructure Operations teams, Application Support teams, and Service Owners on managing, proposing and implementing system monitoring. Coordinate with external vendor for bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to the system monitoring tool.

As a System Support Specialist, having Windows and Linux basic administration skills is essential. Very good knowledge of Shell/Perl scripting will also be an integral part of this role. Basic knowledge of OpenText Operations Bridge Manager, Splunk ITSI or any similar system monitoring tool is a huge advantage.

You are an IT technology aficionado, therefore ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments. You can work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
