Bosch’s operations serve millions of customers across four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. **Job Duties & Responsibilities:** + Install, configure, and maintain security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.  + Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing effective and timely solutions. + Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system testing. + Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.  + Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems. + Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies. + Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality service. + Provide information and support for other contractors on project site. + Debug installation issues during both the static and dynamic start up and commissioning of building special systems. + Ensure timely software backups are created for projects and software development. + Provide service support on existing installations ensuring systems continue to meet existing building occupancy codes. + Provide service support on existing systems insuring their proper and efficient operation as well as providing ongoing support to the facility’s building engineers. + Complete time sheets, service work orders, and other paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner. + Other duties as assigned. **Skills & Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications** + High school diploma, GED or equivalent. + 2+ years of installation experience in Security & CCTV/ Access Control and Fire Alarm + 2+ years of hands-on networking experience, including system configuration and troubleshooting. + 3+ years of experience in panel installation and wiring, ensuring proper setup and system reliability. + 3+ years of experience in fire alarm service, installation, or test and inspection. + 3+ years of experience in system startup and programming, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. + An understanding of basic computer operation.  + Must be adaptable and resilient to weather changes and capable of maintaining productivity and safety standards in diverse environmental conditions. **Preferred Qualifications** + Two-year technical degree or Undergraduate degree in Electrical or Electronic studies. + 2+ years of experience with Lenel, Bosch, Axis, Avigilon and other leading CCTV, Access Control and Security manufacturers.  + NICET Certified in Fire Alarm or other fire protection field(s). + Certified in Electronic Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion detection). **Essential Job Functions:** + Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc. + Be able to lift up to 50lbs. + Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites. + Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site. + Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive on company business. + Be physically able to kneel, stoop and crawl. + Must have accurate color vision and maintain clear visual acuity to safely and effectively perform job responsibilities. + This role involves frequent work in outdoor settings, mechanical or equipment rooms, and potentially extreme weather conditions. Regular exposure includes live voltage, moving mechanical parts, heavy machinery, and wet or humid environments. Work may also involve elevated or precarious locations, exposure to airborne particles, fumes, electrical hazards, and vibrations.
