Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Using GE Design for Reliability methodology to drive team to delivery design for reliability analysis, modeling and gap/opportunity definitionKnowing product user clinical usages/scenarios and design reliability tests for system, hardwareDriving product expected service life discussion and decision for program in cross-function team with product manageDriving the reliability test infrastructure build, execution and test result analysis and design defects summary for design team with new digital/AI technical skillsPreparing statistics data/analysis for service design improvement for product lifecycleClear and independently doing global communication to leadership on reliability design/executionLearning and leverage reliability design from other modalities eg. CT, MR, SurgeryLeading reliability group works together on cycling executionRequired Qualifications
BS Degree in Reliability Engineering or Computer/ statistics Science with 3 years relevant work experience.Practical experience in reliability engineering and testingGlobal working experience in engineeringStrong data analysis/trending and script design skillsDesired Characteristics
