Our Reliability team specialize in conducting analysis for New Program Developments and New Units for jobs, focusing on optimizing configurations and component selection. Our goal is to support the offering of New Units and long-term maintenance contracts.

In this role you will guide engineering projects in Oil & Gas/Energy transition, estimating machinery reliability. Collaborate with design, system, product, chief engineers and service departments.
As a System Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Developing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for risk identification and mitigation.Generating reports from fleet data databases, enhancing data gathering processes.Creating reliability inference models using fleet data for performance predictions.Building Reliability Block Diagram models for system availability predictions.Conducting project design reviews, supporting closure of actions.Preparing technical documentation for internal reviews and customer requirements.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor or higher degree in one of the following field (Mechanical or Electronic or Chemical or Physics )Preferred professional experienced in reliability design for industrial/power plant systems.Be proficient in Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, layout drawings, and industry design practices.Be knowledgeable in statistical design methodology, reliability models, and certified Green Belt.Be familiar with design standards, regulations, and methodologies.Be fluent in both English and Italian.Work in a way that works for you
