Description:
You will be the Systems Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support the Missile Segment Enhancement(MSE)/Aegis program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
• Supporting maintenance of Interface Control Documents (ICD) in concert with other functional groups
• Supporting test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
• Supporting ground and flight test events as required
This position requires the ability to travel to White Sands Missile Range, NM and other test ranges to support program test events and meetings. Additional responsibilities include coordinating test events with other functional organizations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An active Secret Clearance required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 years of professional experience, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with common lab equipment: Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Final Secret Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Assure that system built-in test and performance has been included from the lowest level sub-systems to the final assembled system
• Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details
• Demonstrate awareness of test equipment management including function, calibration and security requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency.
• Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately
• Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in functional configuration audits and related verification and validation events
• Manage security issues including protection of classified hardware and software, and software loading requirements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
