Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your Tasks： + Leading the design/development of various restraint systems components (airbags, seat belt systems, steering wheel, ECUs, etc.) to ensure that both component and overall vehicle crashworthiness requirements and regulations are achieved. + Familiar with passive safety regulations, e.g. GB, C-NCAP, C-IASI, EuroNCAP, etc. Define, plan and perform systems application projects, studies and investigations (ZF internal, customers, government funded, etc.) + Familiar with occupant protection products, e.g. SBS, SWS/DAB, CAB, PAB, KAB, etc. + Interfacing with internal engineering team and customer to ensure restraint system is optimally packaged within the vehicle and will meet customer expectations. + Definition of simulation and testing activities in system application project and analysis of the results. + Conducting, ordering and analyzing system specific tests (e.g. vehicle crash, sled and OOP tests) in system application projects.
