Roles & Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the customer, position will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities, including systems requirements, system architecture/ design and system integration of Automotive Systems, with specific focus on ADAS Sensors and Control systems for Commercial Vehicles (both ICE and EV)Responsible for selecting/creating software architecture in Powertrain domain. Attend Design Verification meeting and get approval. Guide team in implementing architecture, review, and delivery. Analyze field issues and find solutions. Get the solutions implemented and verifyCheck the Laws and regulations for the vehicle component and Scenarios and AIS Standards and Perform Risk Mitigation AnalysisSystems engineering, modelling and validation activities analyzing requirements and assessing compliance, defining interfaces, flow down of system requirements to subsystems & components, system integration and system verification/ validation, around Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) centric methodologies, processes and practicesProvide hands-on mentoring, training, and guidance on MBSESupport for design understanding and participation in design meetings

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Practitioner in Systems Engineering, with hands-on experience pertaining to Automotive domain like ADAS, Powertrain, Control systemsSubject matter expert (SME) and Practitioner on MBSE with deep hands-on experience on MBSE toolchain including SysML modeling tools such as Astah, Cameo and Enterprise ArchitectCollaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze and validate system requirements spanning various Control systemsExpertise in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)Experience in Plant model development in Matlab/SimulinkExperience in Automotive ADAS Sensor control design and development, Factory Calibration Methods and EOL Testing of Sensors like RADAR, Camera.Expertise System architecture, control system design and analysisExpertise System integration, verification, validationExpertise with System V-Cycle and systems processes defined ISO/IEC15288Proven track record of complex problem solvingProduct and system engineering proficiency aligned with Automotive, ADAS Domain Controller, Communications and Vehicle Level Validation ASPICE Should have 11+ years of experience in MBSE, SysML, ADAS, Control System, Plant model development. Good to have knowledge about Field Testing of Long Vehicle ADAS Communication and V2X for Commercial Vehicles

Desired Skills:

OEM, Tier1, supplier development experience.Experience in Vehicle Sub Systems Design and Validation (ADAS Sensor Systems).Experience in Matlab, Simulink model-based development (MBD) in automotive domain.Experience in ECU design process involved V-cycle.Experience in MIL, SIL, HIL verification and validation.Experience in using CANoe or similar tools for validation.Experience in Requirements Management using tools like DOORS, Polarion, etc.Requirements engineering, Exposure to SOA (service-oriented architecture), Model based engineering and drive simulation,   Fusa-ISO26262, Handling HARA ,V&V

E/E architecture, Domain architecture, ASPICE, Centralized domain architecture. Knowledge of HPC, Exposure to AUTOSAR
