In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Requirement research and system planning – Responsible for conducting requirement research for the digital transformation project of the factory and carrying out system planning and implementation work. This includes crafting digital solutions for factories based on business needs and driving their implementation.
System Implementation and Maintenance – Responsible for the implementation of the digital factory system, including on-site research, scheme design, process optimization, data organization, scheme explanation, user training, etc., to ensure project progress and quality. Meanwhile, responsible for the maintenance and support of existing systems, and resolving technical issues.
Digital system design and optimization-Responsible for the design and development of digital system data models, achieving automated collection and data analysis functions. Participate in the development of digital management process standards, establish a digital based business system architecture and control platform. Continuously optimize and improve the business process and promote the implementation of digital business applications.
Project Management and Team Coordination-Responsible for project management and reporting work, developing and organizing the implementation of project work plans, supervising, evaluating, and deploying project employees. Collaborate with department manager and multi-functional teams to participate in the planning and design of digital products, in order to improve work efficiency and innovation capabilities.
Technical support and training- Responsible for customer training and document writing for digital projects, supervising and analyzing system functions and abnormal situations, and reporting them in a timely manner. Capable of providing relevant system operation training and knowledge transfer to business personnel.
Data analysis and decision support-Analyze business struggles, propose solutions, and conduct plan validation and evaluation. Support department leaders' decision support work, provide key insights for the company's business decisions through in-depth analysis of sales data, help the company adjust strategies, and adapt to market changes.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Proven abilities in development / programming of industrial automation / process control software and sophisticated software tools (C# / Python / VUE3 / JavaScript or TypeScript / SQL server).
Expertise in SAP functional & technical skills to support SAP projects and daily operational issues
Familiar with the Microsoft product, like office 365 and OneDrive Cloud.
Good SQL skill, to develop SQL report based on user’s requirement, SSRS is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft BI tools, to develop report
Good at IT budget planning and control
Familiar with the Order Handling, Manufacturing and Material Planning process.
Strong social skills, good oral and written communication skills, initiative.
Good presentation skills in English. Clearly present data, plans and initiatives in the meetings.
Learn quickly, self-driven, positive working attitude.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Proficient with ERP systems (Oracle) & Microsoft suite.
Presentation skill is preferred.
