Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a
**System Analyst - Distribution and Logistics**
This is a hybrid position (3/2), based at our BSC in Budapest (Hungary).
**What you’ll do:**
+ Serve as an expert in tools supporting Eaton’s Distribution Centers and Logistics operations.
+ Collaborate with IT and Operations teams (from staff to senior leadership) to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
+ Participate in local, regional, and global projects, guiding strategy and process improvements in SCM, WMS, and TMS.
+ Act as a techno-functional expert, combining process knowledge with technical system expertise.
+ Plan, deploy, and support future-state technologies in Distribution & Logistics.
+ Drive adoption of standard deployment models and new technologies.
+ Ensure high performance, availability, and stability of solutions.
+ Gather and manage business requirements using various techniques (interviews, workshops, site visits, etc.).
+ Analyze process gaps and ensure compliance with standards.
+ Define and verify implementation scope.
+ Configure systems and tools to support business processes.
+ Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations.
+ Support operations teams with tool usage and continuous improvement.
+ Deliver project documentation (e.g., future state designs, requirements).
+ Facilitate testing phases (SIT, CRP, UAT, regression).
+ Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
+ Provide training to business process owners and stakeholders.
+ Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment.
**Qualifications and skills:**
+ Fluent Business English
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
+ 5+ years experience working knowledge of distribution and logistics tools
+ Experience with business analytics and project related finance tools
+ Experience with ERP systems
+ Specific experience in Manhattan Active® Warehouse Management would be of great advantage
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
+ Highly self-motivated with passion for continuous learning and staying updated with WMS advancements
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
+ Experience with Agile methodology
