You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and directly translate them into working solutions within the Gainsight platform. This includes configuring workflows, building dashboards, and maintaining automation rules that empower our Customer Success team to deliver measurable impactHow will you make an impact?​In this role, you will be responsible for:​Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, and more) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and hands-on Gainsight configurations.Build and optimize health scores, playbooks, dashboards, and automated workflows directly in Gainsight.Own Gainsight administration: user management, data integrations, rules engine configuration, and system enhancements.Ensure seamless integration of Gainsight with Salesforce and other enterprise tools.Perform system testing, UAT, and release management for new features and improvements.Provide end-user support, training, and onboarding to ensure high adoption across the organization.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine platform usage for maximum value.
