Job Description Summary

Oversee IT compliance, manage software licenses, handle service issues, ensure PDPA adherence, conduct staff training, and support operations with data analysis and administrative tasks.

What you will be doing:

Monitor and ensure all licenses for IT software and/or service contracts are in-forceReview all client's IT policy procedures and standard operating procedures on a regular basis to ensure relevance; and handle any related inquiriesEnsure compliance of all client's IT policies, standards and procedures with Ministry of National Development (MND)Respond promptly to client's IT service issues and requests and provide solutions / work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issuesArrange IT security/cyber trainings and awareness to the staffResponsible to ensure compliance of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), handle staff training and create awareness to staffHandle data protection related questions from staff and anyone else covered by the data protection policyWork with other staff when required to ensure any publicity initiative abide by data protection principlesProviding administrative support for IT and Operations related services/matters (i.e. calling of quotations for equipment / services, providing data analysis report using Power BI and/or any other tools, etc)Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the management

You are:

Minimally Diploma in IT or any other relevant disciplineMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in desktop support Meticulous, to ensure all policy procedures and standards are alignAble to communicate well with difference stakeholders
