About the Role
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau IT team and basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch;- Assist in handling daily IT Help Desk enquiries and other daily IT activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand the daily operations of IT team;Help Desk service operation, assist to handle daily IT enquiries;Escalate the complicated unresolve problem to on-site support teams. The escalation tasks place either through call transferring or ticketing systems;Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance, such as PC, printer, scanner, mobile device, etc;Provide support for APPs installation and troubleshooting;Assist in organizing and updating existing IT procedure document;Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.Minimum Job Requirements:
University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Computer Science or Information Technology;General knowledge of computer systems, PC repairment and network management;Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills;Strong at problem analysis and decision making;Outgoing personality with effective presentation skills;Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.Others:
