Why We Have This Role

\n\nQualtrics is embarking on a journey with the ServiceNow platform and we are building an experienced team to support, iterate and expand the platform. The team will be focused on managing the ITSM and HR Service Delivery modules with a focus on improving and supporting internal employee experience. We are in need of skilled ServiceNow Administrator to help with administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance. This role is vital for ensuring that our systems operate smoothly, meeting end-user needs, while driving continuous improvement in our IT service management processes.\n\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nExhibit expertise in ServiceNow administration, providing reliable support and administration for our IT service management initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to automate processes and enhance the user experience on the ServiceNow platform.\nBe proactive in identifying potential issues and applying your troubleshooting skills to ensure continuous system availability.\nMaintain clear communication with users, providing timely updates and guidance to foster a positive experience across all service areas.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nExpand your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through ongoing training, hands-on experiences, and by staying updated on new features and functionalities.\nDevelop your skills in service management and HR delivery best practices, allowing you to apply these principles to optimize our workflows and processes.\nEngage in impactful projects, enhancing your understanding of how various areas of the business interact with IT services.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nAdminister and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user account management, security roles, and application configurations.\nAssist with system upgrades, patches, and releases to ensure the platform remains current and secure.\nCreate and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.\nMonitor system performance and conduct regular health checks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of the ServiceNow instance.\nCollaborate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a solid understanding of ITIL principles.\nProficiency in configuring and managing ServiceNow modules and features, including workflows, notifications, and reporting.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nRelevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) are desirable.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nCorporate-Wide Impact: System changes have broad visibility and significant impact\nConsistent Learning: Opportunities for growth and expanding scope\nCollaboration: Work across multiple departments and business leaders\nAmazing Team Culture: Highly collaborative and supportive team culture\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
