The Job

Support backup validation and recovery readiness during platform upgrades (e.g., CyberArk, Exchange Online).Assist with BIOS and firmware updates, and contribute to remote server hardware management enablement.Help develop monitoring scripts and dashboards to track platform health.Maintain documentation for backup procedures, rack layouts, and system configurations.Collaborate on service retirements (e.g., Splunk, RSA) to ensure data integrity and transition planning. 

The Person

5-7 years experience with backup systems and recovery tools.Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).Strong documentation and teamwork skills. Additional Locations:  * Hong Kong * Hong Kong
