As a Switchboard Operator at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

Be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service for all calls processed at the switchboard communication centerProvide immediate response in the proper manner to all emergency alarms and equipment alertsMonitor security areas as needed

Education:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
