What you will do

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer serviceEnsure store meets quantitative measures of performance. Achieve personal sales goals and other goals as determined by Retail ManagementMaintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisementsAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeepingAssist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stockAid customers in locating merchandiseCommunicate customer requests to managementAssist in completing price changes within the boutique or individual departmentParticipate in year-end inventory and cycle countsAssist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandiseAny other tasks as assigned from time to time by Retail managementUphold maintenance and housekeeping standards along with day to day opening and closing cleaning proceduresEnsure daily shipments are securely processed in a timely fashionEnsure stock is tagged with proper sku’sWatch for potential shortage through prompt receipt of shipments and servicing of customers. What you bring

Education: High School DiplomaExperience: Prefer previous experience in retail sales and operations, with a proven record of effective performanceAbility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededA sincere willingness to provide service to residents and guests, staff and peersAbility to operate all boutique computer or sales register equipment necessary to perform the jobAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with associates and customers.Experience in retail operations, with a proven record of effective performanceGood organizational skills, with the ability to work independentlyAbility to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditionsRequires attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and sales transaction paperwork
