Job Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required.

Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Availability on evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve ice cream and frozen treats with a friendly and upbeat attitude.

Ensure customer orders are accurate and promptly prepared.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area.

Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment.

Assist with stock organization and inventory control.
