Swedish Speaking Payroll Operations Specialist
Payroll team within one Swedish account in Vilnius is looking for collaborative, communicative, structured and motivated Swedish speaking person to join the department as a Payroll Operations specialist. The main responsibility of this role is handling Payroll administration for our client. **Swedish Speaking Payroll Operations Specialist** **You can expect to:** · Ensure all input each payroll run is correct by performing agreed controls · Upload or manually add relevant data into systems, report according to laws and regulations, handle error logs and perform other necessary tasks · Provide customer support electronically or on the phone · Ensure that services within the individual area of expertise are delivered according to contract, and to ensure high customer satisfaction · Identify and work on payroll process improvements to improve the overall quality and efficiency · Have a daily communication between team members both in Lithuania and Sweden making sure the processes run smoothly **We expect You to:** · Have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English language (from B1+) · Enjoy working with others while also being fully responsible for your own tasks and be able to work independently · Be proactive and solution-oriented with customers and in your daily work · Have ability to understand and follow legal requirements, rules and regulations · Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment · Have experience with Swedish payroll processes as this would be considered as a strong advantage **We can offer You:** · Opportunity to be part of a global organization · Encouraging working atmosphere, engaging activities and extra benefits (e.g. additional medical insurance (covers gym subscription), team events, outreach activities, and other) · Hybrid work model with remote work opportunities (work from Vilnius office 2 times per month) · Open, modern and ergonomic work environment when working from the office with multicultural community · Opportunity to grow both professionally and personally (e.g. Udemy) and continuously develop within the domain · Attractive compensation package: salary (2200-2710 eur gross/ monthly) depending on competences and language skills you have We are implementing hybrid hiring and work practices which means interviews and work will be conducted online as well as live from the office.
