Location: Larnaca, Cyprus 
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 6-month probation period followed by permanent employment 
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:45. No weekends! 

About the role: 
Our client is a fast-growing international company within e-finance. In this role, you will work as a Swedish-speaking customer service representative in the client’s complaint department. Your tasks will primarily involve assisting customers via email with complaints related to invoices, payment inquiries, refunds, and general support. Phone calls may also occur. The most important task is to ensure an exceptional customer experience and leave the customer with a positive impression. No sales are involved in this role.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to: 

Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.Have good computer skills.Be able to provide a clean criminal record and have no ongoing debt restructuring, debts to the Enforcement Authority, or payment remarks.Previous experience in customer support or service is a merit but not required to apply. To thrive in this role and work environment, you should have strong communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, be responsible, and see yourself as a team player.
