If what we are doing interests you, we are looking for an Advocate to join our Success 360° team. Success 360° is the customer-facing engineering voice. As an advocate, you will help clients identify and resolve issues they encounter. You will help categorize, prioritize, and provide timelines for customer issues. You will work with multiple development teams across technology stacks. The right candidate will be able to logically follow information and determine areas of risk. The candidate needs to have polished soft skills and an ability to speak to a client at the appropriate level of detail.
