Title: SW Engineer III (C# developer)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a C# developer responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Position Responsibilities Summary:

General Responsibilities:

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applicationDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationWork closely with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and product management to improve software qualityDocument, track, and manage defects using [Your Bug Tracking Tool, e.g., Jira], including collaborating on defect resolution and verification.

Education and/or Requirements Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3-5 years of experience in software development for an enterprise environment.Solid understanding of software development best practices, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.Knack for writing clean, readable C# code.Familiar with various design and architectural patterns including understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.Familiarity with data formats, languages, protocols, and architecture styles required to provide Azure-based integration solutions (for example, .NET, JSON, and REST).The ability to create and support Azure solutions using services/resources such as Cosmos DB, IoT Hub, API management, Key Vault, Functions, Event Grid, App Service, Storage Account, Active Directory, etc.Familiarity with the .NET Framework and .NETFamiliarity with Windows Services and Console applicationsProficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git}}Familiarity with continuous integration

Hard Skills:

Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems like Git, and containerization platforms like DockerUnderstanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, load balancing, microservices, and distributed systems
