    Accountable and responsible for adequate unit test coverage for the software in own scope as part of the implementation process to ensure early quality.
    Accountable for passing build (warnings and errors in compilation)
    Accountable and responsible to ensure that SW features are well documented using the agreed tools
    Ensure that defects are fixed according to defect process and in a timely manner

Collaboration focus
    Software Developer works as part of agile teams co-operating with other developers and testers as well as the Product Owner. SW developers carry a general awareness of team level competencies (as in “T-shaped” profiles) and processes
    Handles code reviews in the team
    Continuously looks for improvement opportunities in own area and shares them with rest of the team.
Planning focus
    Responsible for participating and actively contributing to agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups, sprint planning and quarterly planning
    Software Developer participates to backlog grooming and story estimations
