Key Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex, multi-product software solutions across diverse teams and stakeholders. + Manage software stabilization cycles, ensuring timely resolution of defects and delivery of high-quality releases. + Act as the primary customer-facing focal point for project planning, escalations, issue resolution, and evolving business needs. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, and Sales. + Coordinate with offshore teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to ensure alignment and delivery consistency. + Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of issues to ensure project timelines and expectations are met. + Deliver clear and consistent communication to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level reporting. + Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies. Required Qualifications: + 7+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects. + Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders in a matrixed organization. + Experience in leading global, cross-functional teams and working across time zones. + Strong understanding of software development and release management lifecycles. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence. + U.S.-based with ability to support customers in North America; willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in the retail technology or PoS (Point of Sale) domain. + PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications. + Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
