Mission of the Role: To drive organization-wide Agile transformation, ensuring the adoption and refinement of Agile practices at all levels. The SW Lead Agile Coach will guide and mentor other Agile coaches and scrum teams, develop comprehensive transformation strategies, and align Agile initiatives with business goals. Key Objectives of this Role: • Lead and drive the organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives. • Mentor and guide other Agile coaches and scrum teams. • Facilitate advanced and strategic Agile ceremonies and workshops. • Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives. • Develop and implement comprehensive Agile transformation strategies. • Ensure continuous improvement and high performance within all Agile teams. • Assess and elevate the maturity of Agile practices across the organization. Key Performance Indicators: • Organization-wide improvement in Agile maturity and adoption. • Significant enhancement in team velocity and productivity metrics. • High satisfaction and engagement scores across Agile teams. • Timely and successful delivery of high-priority software projects. • Increased quality of deliverables and positive customer feedback. Key Year One Deliverables: • Develop and execute organization-wide Agile transformation strategies. • Lead the coaching and mentoring efforts for Agile coaches and scrum teams. • Ensure alignment of Agile initiatives with strategic business goals. • Measure and report the effectiveness of Agile transformation, driving continuous improvement. Qualification, Experience and Skills: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business • 12+ years of experience in software engineering. • Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations. • Extensive experience in project management/scrum roles. • 7+ years of experience as an Agile coach. • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Agile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, Lean). • Deep understanding of AUTOSPICE and automotive software development. • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Agile Transformation or equivalent senior leadership position within the software organization
