About the Job:
Social Workers in the Child Care Management Team will carry out social work tasks related to assessments, care planning, and the development of support packages in order to promote the welfare of children. 


To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Care Wales, at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a social worker and have not left a Local Authority permanent contract within Wales in the last 6 months.
 
What you need:
A degree in Social Work or equivalentRegistered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work EnglandCompleted relevant post-qualifying trainingEnhanced DBS checkExcellent communication and written skills
