**Overview**
The **Senior Vice President, Solutions Growth** will work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer and PDX leadership to design, package, and activate high-impact solutions for key clients and new business opportunities. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership—translating capabilities into clear, client-ready solutions that demonstrate measurable return on investment.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Develop and deliver solutions** for priority pitches, proposals, and growth opportunities, leveraging proven case studies and adapting them to new client challenges.
+ **Translate Groupe capabilities** into integrated offerings that combine PDX, Sapient, Epsilon, and other partner strengths.
+ **Lead cross-functional teams** through solution design, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
+ **Partner with delivery teams** to onboard new platforms, streamline enablement, and ensure smooth activation.
+ **Build strong internal relationships** across Publicis agencies to enable collaboration and co-creation.
+ **Mentor team members** , sharing best practices, frameworks, and tools that raise the team’s capabilities.
**Qualifications**
+ Have 15+ years’ experience in marketing, media, or related technology/consulting fields.
+ Be comfortable operating in both strategic and executional modes.
+ Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt to changing conditions.
+ Be an exceptional communicator with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
+ Bring a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to client and internal challenges

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765/annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
