Overview We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead for our growing team. The Group Delivery Lead plays a critical executive role overseeing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of a multi-client portfolio. This leader shapes portfolio strategy, defines scalable delivery models, and drives growth by integrating Razorfish and Groupe capabilities and unlocking cross-sell opportunities. Operating as the senior-most delivery voice for key clients, the role includes leading high-level client engagements and executive conversations. The Group Delivery Lead also ensures delivery excellence through process optimization, governance, and commercial rigor—overseeing forecasting, profitability, and resource planning. Additionally, they develop and mentor delivery leaders, cultivating a strong, scalable team and fostering leadership depth across the business. Responsibilities Leads a complex, multi-client portfolio with full accountability for staffing, performance, and financial health across Delivery teams. Shapes and steers delivery strategy for large-scale programs ($40M+), guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders through deal architecture, pitch execution, and onboarding. Owns senior-most delivery relationships with executive clients, navigating complex negotiations and scoping conversations with a strategic lens on timeline, investment, and business value. Aligns operational and financial requirements to the optimal delivery model and methodology; drives scalable solutions through Razorfish and Publicis Groupe-wide capabilities. Champions delivery excellence by establishing governance, scope management, and change control processes across multidisciplinary and cross-agency teams. Leads strategic transformation efforts by architecting and activating custom methodologies, tools, and processes tailored to client needs and project complexity. Acts as a connective tissue across agencies, inspiring shared vision, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring delivery cohesion across engagements. Maintains strong situational fluency in client expectations and delivery outcomes, proactively identifying misalignments and course-correcting as needed. Develops and mentors senior delivery leaders and portfolio delivery leads, building a scalable and resilient talent pipeline to support future growth. Qualifications Proven experience leading large-scale, complex digital programs totaling ~$100M+ in revenue within a fast-paced agency or matrixed environment; experience managing a wide range of digital engagements. Demonstrated ability to align with executive client vision and ensure cross-agency engagements are architected to meet both strategic ambition and measurable business outcomes. Strong financial acumen with the ability to partner with Client Services and capability leads to assess estimate changes, model revenue and margin impact, and shape the delivery strategy accordingly. Deep expertise in defining, defending, and managing integrated estimates across multi-capability marketing transformation programs—including media, tech, data, and creative. Holistic understanding of cross-discipline workstreams, enabling value-added input in estimating, resourcing, and scoping across departments. Skilled in developing and managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery plans for large-scale initiatives involving multiple concurrent workstreams. Contract-savvy with the ability to define clear scope boundaries, articulate key assumptions, and identify third-party dependencies to protect internal and client interests in complex agreements. Experienced in designing and leading strategic planning workshops, helping to align executive stakeholders and teams around delivery vision, roadmap, and transformation objectives. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
