**Your New Role**
The Senior Vice President, People & Culture Business Partner, is a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, responsible for providing strategic P&C partnership and leadership across Motion Pictures, WBTV, Production HR, and Finance & Accounting. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the entertainment industry, aligning people strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and high performance.
**You Role Accountabilities**
+ Develop, own, and execute the People & Culture strategy for Motion Pictures, WBTV, Production HR for Motion Pictures and WBTV and Finance & Accounting.
+ Serve as the primary P&C advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy. Tailor strategies to the unique demands of creative, production, and corporate environments.
+ Partner closely with business leadership to understand the business priorities specific to their organizations, anticipate talent needs, and deliver people solutions that support content creation, production timelines, and operational excellence.
+ Oversee a team of Production HR professionals and collaborate closely with Labor Relations to manage unionized production teams, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and proactively address workforce challenges unique to film and television production.
+ Lead initiatives that enhance organizational structure, improve operational efficiency, and drive cultural transformation across multiple business units, including creative and production teams.
+ Oversee talent identification, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies, partnering closely with the CoEs, to ensure the business has the right talent in the right roles, supporting both creative and corporate functions.
+ Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workforce policies, and P&C compliance, ensuring consistent and fair practices across unionized and non-union environments.
+ Partner with Centers of Expertise (COEs) in Total Rewards, Learning & Development, DE&I, and P&C Operations to deliver integrated solutions aligned with the business needs and context.
+ Leverage P&C data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure program impact, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Proven experience as a senior P&C business partner or people leader supporting complex, multi-functional organizations, within media, entertainment, and/or production environments.
+ Deep understanding of unionized labor environments and experience collaborating with Labor Relations, particularly in film or television production.
+ Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment.
+ Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable people solutions.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or P&C certification preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $254,800.00 - $473,200.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
