Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange. **Overview** The Senior Vice President, Media Strategy serves as senior level leadership in the creation, management, and stewardship of Publicis Digital Experience client media plans and investments. They are expected to leverage client partnerships to lead and formulate strategic planning and business growth utilizing data and insights. The ideal candidate can step in and lead a growing team, helping scale our practice and grow client businesses through successful partnership and consultative selling. This position requires a strategic brain well-versed in the changing media landscape, paired show-stopping storytelling and a passion for developing talent and fostering top-to-top client and publisher relationships. You will lead this media portfolio, helping our directors elevate our client partners’ business performance while also educating the agency of the latest marketplace offerings, and you will help drive the vision for the portfolio’s expanding media practice.  **Responsibilities** + Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities to grow business and service clients + Provide oversight for all media work products and address challenges promptly and with lasting solutions + Responsible for fostering cross-agency communication and partnerships, and contribute to new business pitches + Influence internal leaders and manage direct reports with a strong contribution to the agency's forward vision + Accountable for proper resource management and utilization of the team **Qualifications** + 15+ years of media planning and implementation experience + Expert knowledge of digital investment and activation across all online channels  + Experience managing, developing, and providing thought leadership to direct reports + Experience leading and fostering client relationships + Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to detect and translate a story behind data  **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
