**What You Will Be Doing**
Join the team that supports the sustainment of some of the world’s most iconic aircraft\. As a Level 1 Items Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the planning and coordination of material modification kits that are essential to maintaining the mission\-readiness of Air Mobility and Maritime Missions \(AMMM\) platforms\. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail\-oriented logistics or supply chain professional eager to grow their career in aerospace sustainment operations\.
**Key Responsibilities**
\- Coordinate with Kit Management and MRP Planning teams to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of Order BOMs \(OBOMs\)\.
\- Assist in planning and processing material kit requirements, collaborating with the designated planner of record as needed\.
\- Help establish new Top Kits and Sub\-Kits in SAP to support sustainment activities\.
\- Investigate and resolve kit\-related Bill of Materials \(MBOM\) issues by cross\-referencing Engineering BOMs \(EBOMs\)\.
\- Submit and track corrections to Top Kits and Sub\-Kits in SAP to ensure accuracy and availability\.
\- Facilitate location transfers of kits between designated kitting areas\.
\- Manage updates to kits by tracking and implementing cut\-in changes and redline updates\.
\- Identify and resolve material kit shortages through proactive coordination and recovery actions\.
\- Collaborate with Technical Publications to improve the accuracy and alignment between Kit Lists and the MBOM/OBOM, reducing the frequency of revisions\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Experience in logistics, or closely related discipline
• Experience with MS Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook\.
• Experience performing and muti\-tasking in a fast\-paced working environment\.
**Desired Skills:**
• A working familiarity with inventory management, finance, contracting, procurement, or product support systems\.
• Direct experience working with military or industrial customers such as inside/outside sales, distribution, scheduling, routing, and customer support sales or engineering
• Systems or other engineering type work that involves ability to read drawings, contracts, and requirements
• Working knowledge and experience with USG/ DoD Supply systems or equivalent
• Working knowledge and experience with SAP, GOLDesp, or equivalent
• Working knowledge and experience with Aerospace and Defense Supply and Logistics or equivalent
• Positive mental attitude and eager to learn\. Team Player who interacts favorably working within a team of professionals\.
• A motivated self\-starter who does not consistently require detailed instructions to perform\.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated about providing outstanding support and high caliber results\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
