What You Will Be Doing
As the DMSMS LRASM Execution Lead, you will be responsible for managing the technical and schedule performance aspects of multiple DMSMS projects, including refreshes, redesigns, and product/material qualification testing. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver world-class proactive DMSMS and obsolescence strategies for the JASSM/LRASM customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Contributing to or organizing team efforts to estimate project scope, including sub-assembly redesigns and alternate material qualification testing
• Executing project scope, managing technical performance of suppliers, and coordinating with LM engineering to optimize products
• Ensuring on-time delivery of all SDRLs and CDRLs related to DMSMS projects
• Maintaining and projecting the DMSMS Technical Roadmap into the LRASM Technology Roadmap
• Briefing DMSMS project status for internal and external meetings

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience teaming with suppliers to deliver optimal products
• Experience teaming with government customers to develop products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing cross functional teams
• High level of accountability and a proven track record of meeting commitments
Desired Skills:
• Experience with DMSMS Management (desired)
• Experience with project engineering management (desired)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs
• Full Lifecycle Development Experience
• Experience in components engineering including resolving obsolescence issues, counterfeit avoidance, part substitution, second source part qualification, and preparation of part procurement specifications. (desired)
• Candidate is not required to have a logistics engineering background.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
