**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing:** Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full\-time highly skilled Automation/AI Systems Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting\-edge automation, artificial intelligence \(AI\), and machine learning \(ML\) solutions\. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, AI/ML, and automation, with experience in developing and integrating complex systems\. The successful candidate will work closely with cross\-functional teams collaboratively to: • Design, develop, and deploy automation, AI, and ML solutions to improve business processes and operations • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI/ML adoption • Develop and integrate AI/ML models using various frameworks and tools \(e\.g\., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit\-learn\) • Implement automation solutions using scripting languages \(e\.g\., Python, PowerShell\) and automation frameworks \(e\.g\., Ansible, Jenkins\) • Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support AI/ML solutions • Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages \(e\.g\., Java, C\+\+, Python\) • Participate in the development of system architectures, including cloud\-based and on\-premises solutions • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the security and integrity of automation, AI, and ML solutions • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and training materials • Stay up\-to\-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation, AI, and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones Communicating with internal and external customers will be required\. PyPlot, Vaadin Charts, Seaborn, Tableau, etc\.\) **Desired Skills:** • Experience with Optimization engines \(e\.g\. Gurobi, SCIP, etc\.\) • Strong experience in technical writing, documentation generation, and peer reviews\. • Experience with version control and configuration management repositories \(e\.g\.
