**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Customized or Modified Core Products: Generate additional turnover by developing customer-specific variants based on existing platforms. + Cost Reduction Initiatives: Improve business results by reducing product costs and conduct regular workshops. + Supply chain resilience: Support the producibility by of the products by addressing issues such as raw material shortages, discontinuation, or material deviations. + Troubleshooting – Design issue: Provide sophisticated support and collaborate with cross-function teams to address product quality issues. **Who You Are:** + You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
