Sustainable Sourcing Coordinator, Circularity Job Description **Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a tangible impact on the circular economy? Join us now and help shape a more sustainable future!** **What is the job about?** Sustainable Sourcing Coordinator – Circularity as part of the Sustainable Sourcing Team within Group Purchasing, will support the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing initiatives focused on circularity. This position involves collecting and analyzing data from suppliers to ensure compliance with our sustainability standards, to identify opportunities for improvement and to support product sustainability program and decision making by collecting relevant data. Supporting the Subject Matter Expert in selecting and developing the data collection approach. **Your main responsibilities** : + Gather circularity-related data from suppliers, including information on recycling content and relevant certifications. Analyze data to assess compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement. + Communicate with suppliers to explain circularity requirements, provide guidance on data submission, and support them in enhancing their sustainability practices + Maintain accurate records of supplier data and prepare reports on circularity metrics. Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports for internal stakeholders. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Group Purchasing, Product Sustainability, Product Lifecycle Management, and Technology & Innovation teams , and to integrate circularity considerations into sourcing decisions. + Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes and supplier sustainability performance. **Your background** : We imagine that you have: + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Experience: 1-2 years prior experience or internships in sustainability, supply chain management, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
