A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Sustainability Specialist position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of company-wide sustainability initiatives, including decarbonization, ESG reporting, and CSR efforts. Identify how these initiatives are relevant to each business unit and ensure they are reflected in departmental roles and responsibilities. Act as a subject matter, promoting two-way communication and fostering collaboration between the Sustainability department and other divisions to support sustainability goals. Represent the Sustainability department as an internal ambassador, helping to bridge cross-functional gaps and align strategic objectives. Support the development and implementation of effective environmental and sustainability strategies aligned with corporate direction. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures and organizational levels Strong analytical skills to interpret discussions and generate meaningful insights Willingness and flexibility to take on different functional roles and relocate if needed
