**What will you be responsible for?**
In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of sustainability, sales, and data analytics. Your key responsibilities include:
+ Designing and maintaining dashboards that connect sales performance with sustainability goals using tools like Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and Anaplan.
+ Managing sales budgets and resource allocations, including forecasting, spend tracking, and variance analysis.
+ Integrating commercial KPIs with sustainability metrics to support strategic decision-making.
+ Using AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and uncover actionable insights.
+ Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
+ Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Sustainability teams to align on reporting needs and insights.
+ Monitoring ESG trends and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) to inform data strategy.
+ Contributing to storytelling efforts by turning data into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
**What do you need to succeed?**
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. To be successful, you’ll bring:
+ Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and/or Anaplan.
+ Experience in budget tracking and financial data analysis.
+ A passion for sustainability and a data-first mindset.
+ Ability to create clear, visual presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Comfort working cross-functionally, especially with Sales and Finance teams.
+ Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, CSRD) is a plus.
+ Exposure to AI, Python, or automation tools and experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is also nice to have

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
