Find out more at_ Impact | Opella (https://www.opella.com/en/making-an-impact) . _The Global Sustainability team is led by a CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) who sits at the ExCo._ **Main responsibilities:** The Global Sustainability team is looking for a passionate and motivated Sustainability Intern to join our Global Sustainability Team. This role will focus on supporting our sustainability strategy, as well as assisting with the execution of key initiatives. **General Sustainability Support:** + Assist in the development of diverse sustainability-related projects and tasks as assigned (B Corp certification, environmental topics,…). + Support the reporting of key sustainability information. + Support the creation of training materials and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders. + Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends on various sustainability topics. + Provide administrative support to the Global Sustainability Team as needed. **Social impact & Human rights Support:** + Help develop and implement human rights due diligence and social impact strategies. + Collaborate with team members including corporate affairs and brand teams to develop a detailed roadmap for executing social impact initiatives. + Collect and analyze data related to social impact metrics + Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. About you We believe that professionals with the following experience and skillsets are well-suited for this position: + **Education** + Master’s degree in Sustainability field. + Prior internship experience in Sustainability or in the Healthcare sector is welcomed + **Communication** + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + **Desired traits** + Highly motivated and detail oriented. + Trustful team player + Proactive and resourceful. + An open mind, with an ability to pivot and flex as needed. + **Languages** + Professional proficiency in English, both in understanding, speaking and writing.
