Sustainability Customer Adoption Facilitator (Maternity Replacement)

MEET YOUR TEAM 

The Sustainability Customer Adoption Unit (SCAU) is part of the Sustainability Growth Unit (SGU). The mission of the SGU is to enable sustainable business strategies and models, mainly by following an ERP-centric Sustainability approach. To contribute to that, the mission of the SCAU is to drive adoption of the SAP Sustainability cloud solutions and support continuous customer success. The SCAU is a global unit and comprised of two teams: Adoption Services and Adoption Care. In the Adoption Care team, we deliver on that mission to drive adoption with: 

Early adoption support Product Success Adoption office (enablement, strategy & operations)

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

As a Sustainability Adoption Facilitator in the Customer Adoption Care team, you are motivated to drive our success in sustainability by securing customer outcomes and knowledge growth across the ecosystem. The role will especially focus on our two solutions SAP Sustainability Control Tower and SAP Sustainability Data Exchange. 

You will work in a global team and play an instrumental role in (non-exhaustively): 

Early adoption support:  Delivering our SAP Sustainability Adoption Care Program (ACP) Initiate the adoption of inactive license-customers of SCT and SDX Product Success:  Support our team-internal product champions for SCT and SDX in their duties and responsibilities Help the SDX and SCT product champions to oversee the customer statuses, create regular updates and forecasts on adopting and active customers Adoption Office:  Leading initiatives for next level adoption aligned to our overall strategic themes Contributing to knowledge management & enablement (content, sessions, ...) Providing assets and sustainability expertise to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive adoption across the Customer Value Journey (esp. for SDX and SCT)

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Customer focus: Be comfortable in customer conversations, understand the customer’s requirements and goals and turn them into actionable plans to increase their product usage and value realization (Deep) technical product understanding:  Profound business processes and technical knowledge of the SAP solutions as well as SAP-internal processes Ideally with experience in SAP Sustainability solutions, especially SAP Sustainability Control Tower (big plus) Ideally Experience in other (SAP or non-SAP) Sustainability or adjacent solutions, for example Data and Analytics (big plus) Ideally Expertise in sustainability-related fields, for example Circular Economy and/or ESG Reporting,(big plus) Further (soft) skills:  Pro-active and highly self-responsible working style, a team-player and problem-solver, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude Diligence, with an eye on high quality results without being perfectionistic For internals: experience with the customer data related tools at SAP (Cloud Reporting, Gainsight, etc.) Business fluent in English (must-have) Work experience:  At least 3 years Relevant SAP experience (technical and/or industry knowledge, SAP-internal network, etc.) Preferably a proven track record of working in an adoption-related customer-facing role (CSM professional, Business Process Consultant, etc.).
