Sustainability & Compliance Coordinator
We’re seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Coordinator to champion environmental and energy performance at the site level, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for sustainability with strong data analysis skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in reducing environmental impact, driving energy efficiency, and advancing initiatives that align with our wider corporate ESG strategy. As a key player in shaping and delivering the site’s sustainability agenda, your work will contribute directly to measurable improvements in performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term environmental impact. **JOB DUTIES:** + Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards and lead site audits. + Develop and maintain the site’s Sustainability Roadmap to drive measurable improvements. + Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental impact. + Manage and analyse sustainability data including energy use, and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) metrics. + Support internal engagement through sustainability programs and initiatives. + Collaborate with teams across the business to integrate sustainability into daily operations. + Coordinate sustainability submissions, including Ecovadis, customer tenders, and ESG reports. + Identify and drive areas for improvement in sustainability and compliance practices. + Ownership of the site's waste management process including reporting and driving improvements. + Support HSES tactical and operational activities to ensure compliance and efficiency within budget constraints. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Familiarity with sustainability topics, the circular economy, and reporting frameworks. + Knowledge of carbon management and reduction in a business environment. + Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards. + Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. + Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach. + Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive solutions. + Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills. **WE VALUE:** + Experience with SAP and/or O9 MRP Supply Planning tools is an advantage + ISO Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 desirable. + Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement + Individuals who take ownership and thrive in cross-functional teams **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Enjoy a competitive salary, excellent company benefits and pension contributions + Career development opportunities within a global organisation + A meaningful role that helps shape a more sustainable future + The opportunity to lead impactful initiatives with clear environmental outcomes + A supportive and collaborative team culture focused on growth and innovation \#LI-FM1 \#LI-ONSITE Resideo is a $6.76 billion global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and control solutions that help homeowners and businesses stay connected and in control of their comfort, security, energy use, and smart living.
