**Title: Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance Manager**
**Location: Belgrade, Serbia**
NCR Atleos is committed to establishing and maintaining a centralized sustainability and regulatory compliance program that effectively monitors, assesses and ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements across the company including those related to sustainability and greenhouse gas emissions reporting. This position reports to NCR Atleos’ Executive Director of Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance and will support designing, implementing, and maintaining effective sustainability and regulatory compliance programs. This position will work closely with the company’s legal, sustainability, engineering, environmental, health and safety (EHS) and other leaders to advance key sustainability and compliance related initiatives.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:**
+ Support the development and maintenance of the company’s sustainability and regulatory compliance programs including related policies and procedures
+ Support the development and rollout of a centralized, global, company-wide regulatory compliance requirements registry including mapping of business owners and responsibilities
+ Participate in, and from time-to-time lead, the development of external facing sustainability reporting including content required in applicable SEC filings (e.g. Proxy, 10-K), EU CSRD, etc
+ Assist in the development of Atleos’ environmental and climate strategy including the development of forward-looking emissions reductions targets, as applicable
+ Support customer sustainability and compliance inquiries and audits, opportunity development, contractual support, RFP questionnaire responses and other customer sustainability and compliance initiatives
+ Assist with the development of disclosures aligned to relevant sustainability frameworks including SASB, TCFD and others
+ Develop and submit responses to various 3rd party sustainability ratings agencies including CDP, Ecovadis, ISS and others
+ Assist with the development and execution of regular regulatory assessments to identify risks and opportunities which may impact achievement of the company’s strategic objectives
+ Conduct horizon scanning for new regulations that are relevant to NCR Atleos’ business and operations
+ Support the establishment and maintenance of sustainability and regulatory compliance liaison networks of key cross-functional business leaders to assist in the development and execution of key initiatives
+ Assist with identifying and procuring a Sustainability Metrics System and act as the system administrator
+ Assist with the development and deployment of relevant training and communications for company executives, managers and employees
**BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, physics, math with 8+ years of relevant experience
+ Prior experience in supporting sustainability and / or regulatory compliance programs at a large, multi-national company
+ Strong working knowledge of common sustainability frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD
+ Excellent English proficiency and a deep understanding of how to structure written responses to maximize disclosure scoring and meet customer and regulatory requirements
+ Proven experience supporting the development of large, complex disclosures
+ Proven ability to assemble data to meet disclosure objectives without direct reporting lines
+ Clear thinker with the ability to break down and present complex issues in a simple and concise manner
+ Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with individuals across a large global organization up to and including senior leadership
+ Highly flexible, self-starter who works well in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and high visibility environment
+ Strong organization and management skills in a multi-tasking environment
+ Positive individual who enjoys working in a fun and dynamic team environment
