A leading international classification society is looking for a Marine Surveyor to join their UK team. This role is based in the Hull area and involves regular travel to ports throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities Conduct ship surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with international maritime standards Travel to ports across the UK and occasionally Ireland or overseas Carry out audits, inspections, and technical assessments Produce high-quality reports and provide clear feedback to clients and internal teams Ideal Candidate Profile Based or willing to relocate to Hull Experience as a class surveyor, marine engineer, deck officer, or naval architect Knowledge of ship structures, machinery, safety systems, and international maritime regulations Familiarity with audit processes and flag state requirements preferred Must have the right to work in the UK or EU What’s on Offer Competitive salary Clear development pathway, including additional certifications and international training Supportive, experienced team with a strong sense of collaboration Stable organisation with an excellent retention record and people-first approach Long-term career prospects in a growing, respected global organisation
