Your work environment at EXP: 

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in operating robotic total stations, installing solar power kits, conducting construction monitoring surveys, and installing geotechnical instruments. What a day at EXP has in store for you:

Operate and manage advanced robotic total stations for precise surveying and construction layout tasks. Perform construction monitoring surveys, ensuring compliance with design specifications and schedules. Plan and execute solar power kit installations with attention to safety and technical standards. Install, calibrate, and maintain geotechnical instruments for structural and ground stability monitoring. Analyze and interpret survey and geotechnical data to provide actionable insights for project teams. Troubleshoot and maintain survey, monitoring, and installation equipment for optimal functionality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate surveying, monitoring, and installation tasks seamlessly.

What your experience looks like:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in surveying and geotechnical instrumentation. Proven expertise in operating robotic total stations and related software. Demonstrated experience with construction monitoring surveys, including quality assurance and reporting. Hands-on expertise in solar power kit installation and geotechnical instrumentation setup (e.g., inclinometers, piezometers). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
