Are you a recent graduate or about to graduate, and eager to launch your career and gain diverse, hands-on experience in the tech industry?

Join Trimble’s unique Surveying/Applications Engineering, Rotational Development Program and gain invaluable experience by rotating through four different positions in various divisions. Over 24 months, you'll apply your academic knowledge and develop critical skills, preparing you for a successful long-term career at Trimble. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, and at the end of the program, we'll work with you to find the ideal permanent role that fits your skills and our business needs.

What You'll Do

Our program is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business. You'll complete six-month rotations in four of the following divisions:

Survey and Mapping (Geospatial)

Civil Engineering

Advanced Positioning

Buildings

Trimble Connect

Augmented Reality

During these rotations, you will gain experience in roles such as:

Technical Support: Help distribution partners, clients, and internal teams troubleshoot and solve technical issues. You'll also assist with product training and diagnose hardware problems.

Product Testing: Prepare our next-generation tools and technologies for market release. This involves field and office testing, documenting workflows and performance, and providing key technical feedback to our product support teams.

Product Management: Contribute to the product vision and features. You'll conduct market research, provide input on product development, and help create documentation to ensure successful product launches.

Sales Support: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our technology and competitive offerings to assist our sales teams. You'll provide product demos, deliver training, and support our presence at industry events.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated and adaptable individuals who are ready to learn and take on new challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, Geography, or a similar field.

Experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, and other positioning solutions.

A minimum of one prior internship or less than two years of professional experience.

Strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

The ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.

A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.

The desire to advance your career and be challenged.

The ability to undertake outdoor physical work when required.
