Responsibilities

Day to day management of the survey department Allocate personnel resources to achieve project obligations. Direct and manage the project work and resources of the department. Ensure that the appropriate procedures and RAMS are developed to meet the department obligations and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations. Establish and maintain effective monitoring to ensure that the department is providing the appropriate quality of service agreed with the customer. Monitor the budget to ensure that budget targets are met. Promote, and directly monitor the implementation of equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and, inclusiveness, policies in all aspects of the departments work. Direct the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure that the department complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations. Conduct employee appraisals and maintain discipline within the department.
