Kforce has a client that is seeking a Survey Operations Associate in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities * Survey Operations Associate will distribute and maintain all routine surveys to the correct distribution channels * Oversee survey place group management-including contact collection, property updates, and survey sanity checks * Handle duplicate account merges and assist with general system/account issues * Maintain and update brand lists for survey validation * Conduct survey sanity checks and property updates to uphold data quality * Support ad-hoc survey creation, distribution, testing * Participate in technical meetings and contribute to process improvements as assigned * Investigate inquiries about survey or place group issues
