We’re hiring a Survey Crew Chief to join a well-established, construction survey team working on commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional projects across the Indianapolis area. What You’ll Do: + Perform construction layout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys + Collaborate with an Instrument Operator or work independently + Use advanced Trimble tools and TBC software + Support pre- and post-design survey work for major clients and firms What We’re Looking For: + 2+ years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief + Strong construction layout experience (required) + Willingness to undergo a drug test, pre-employment check, and MVR check + Reside within 60 minutes of Indianapolis Pay: $35–$45/hr + Overtime after 40 hours (1.5x) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
